• If you are between 18 and 64 years of age, and
• If you have any disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and
• If you have proof of your disability from a physician or agency (or can get it), and
• If you complete, in its entirety, the registration form for people with disabilities.

• This is an 'advanced registration' door-to-door service.
• Hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• You must call 24 hours in advance (for a Monday trip, please call the Friday before or earlier).
• This is a 'shared-ride' service, meaning you will be sharing the van with others traveling in the same area at the same time.
• All LANTA/Metro Plus vans are wheelchair accessible.

You may travel anywhere within Lehigh and Northampton Counties currently served by the LANTA/Metro Plus Shared Ride Van Program. However, some trip times and destinations may be available solely on a very limited basis. You may need to be flexible in terms of when and where you travel. If a trip is not available when you want it, ask what times are available.

• Qualified participants receive an 85 percent discount on all rides.
• There is one flat rate ($3.35) for in-county travel: other fares vary depending on where you are going.
• All participants must purchase tickets in advance.
